Alanna and Brad: Wedding Budget Breakdown

Wedding planning is often such an exciting process, but we’d be lying if we said that it didn’t also tend to be a bit stressful and daunting at times - particularly the financial aspects. There are so many moving pieces! While the team at Peppers Creek Barrel Room and Chapel is admittedly a little biased and firmly believe securing a stunning venue that truly resonates with you as a couple is ABSOLUTELY a non-negotiable, we also understand that there are lots of other elements to consider when making and sticking to a budget.

With this in mind, we thought it would be helpful to give you a real-life sample as a guide. Alanna and Brad painted Peppers Creek green and gold in April (in the dreamiest way possible!), so we’ve decided to share detailed pricing of their playful-meets-opulent wedding below.

The newlyweds spent a total of $29,000 on the following:

  • 1-hour chapel ceremony.

  • 1-hour post-ceremony sparking bar.

  • Deluxe Romantic Traditions reception, which included 5-hour hire of the barrel room, 5-hour beverage package, 3 course alternate serve menu, barrels, long tables, timber bentwood chairs and stools for mingling, and a tea and coffee station.

  • Deluxe upgrade inclusions - post-ceremony grazing table, champagne tower, lawns games, and fairy lights in the barrel room.

  • Add-ons

    • 2 x extra canapes served post-ceremony at the chapel.

    • Hanging chandelier above the fireplace.

    • Wishing well.

    • Traditional draping in the barrel room.

    • 2 x floor candelabras.

    • 2 x Morrocan lanterns at barrel room entrance.

    • French Provincial lounge suite with rug and side table.

    • White-washed aisle runner for chapel.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re thinking of having your wedding at Peppers Creek Barrel Room and Chapel. We’ll always work within your budget - no matter the size! x
