Insurances
All vendors to forward a copy of Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance to admin@pepperscreekbarrelroom.com.au prior to arrival on site. Please forward any necessary OH&S requirements and RSAs prior to event start date as well.

Waste removal
All vendors must take away their own rubbish at the completion of the event as limited bins are provided on site. This includes any waste associated with your service.

cleaning
Please be part of our team and leave the venue as you find it. Brooms and mops can be found in the bar area of the barrel room if needed. There is also a small cleaning cupboard left of the ladies’ bathroom entry. Charges may apply if used venue equipment and facilities are not thoroughly cleaned at the conclusion of event.

damages
Nothing is to be fixed, taped, or glued to any floors, walls, ceilings, or equipment in the venue. Any damage is to be reported immediately to Peppers Creek Barrel Room & Chapel staff.

bump in/out
Please arrive on site no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your allocated bump-in time (11am unless organised otherwise). Bump-out period is one hour only and commences at the time noted on run sheet (10am next day). All vendors are to report to either Venue Coordinator or Manager, located in the Peppers Creek office opposite the chapel walkway, prior to leaving site.

parking
IPlease do not park on grassed area when unloading or block access to the chapel-side driveway. Feel free to use the front drive/rear path to the barrel room and chapel but please move your vehicle once unloaded.

storage
We have limited storage, so all items not collected from 10-11am next day will be stored outside the function kitchen at the back of the barrel room. These will not be the responsibility of Peppers Creek.

The client must designate an onsite representative who will be in contact with the venue as needed.

No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere onsite, apart from the carparking area.

General information
We want your experience at Peppers Creek Barrel Room & Chapel to be enjoyable, safe, and well-organised, so please have a read of the information we’ve put together below. You will find a general vendor agreement, which all vendors must view and sign before arriving onsite, as well as some rules, requests, and other helpful tidbits for specific vendors.

DJ/music
· To take up no more than a 3x3m footprint
· Prior to your arrival onsite, Peppers Creek Barrel Room & Chapel need to be aware if you require a table and/or a wireless mic (venue upgrade)
· Any lighting and other electrical equipment used must have a current test tag
· No amplified music may be played on the patios before 3pm (when Enzo Café is in operation)
Cake
· Cakestand and cake-cutting knife must be provided by cakemaker or client.
· Delivery is from 11am onwards
· Please also confirm who is doing cake floral prior to the day as well.
Celebrants
· For rehearsals, please contact our coordinators weddings@pepperscreekbarrelroom.com.au
· There are two possible aisle start points: under the cover near the gift shop (long aisle) + after the gift shop (short aisle). Outdoor ceremonies options are also available.
· No Confetti - fresh petals ONLY must be thrown outside.
Florists and stylists
· Transfer of any ceremony props/florals into reception is to be organised between the couple and the vendor who set them up. Peppers Creek staff are busy catering for the function and have limited time to carry out such requests.
· Water access is in the finishing kitchen (preferable) or behind the bar.
· Candles can be uncovered for duration of an event, but no wax is to drip onto tablecloths or replacement linen costs may be forwarded. At Peppers Creek Barrel Room & Chapel’s discretion, these may not be lit for the reception to avoid damage. No sparklers, open flames or candles of any kind are permitted, however, without explicit approval by the venue.
Sparklers are permitted outside of the venue only, to avoid damage - a sand bucket must be supplied. Candles and open flames are permitted on tables only with an adequate candle plate/holder to catch wax drips and do not damage cloths and tables.
· Any lighting and/or power cords used must have a current test tag.
· A final room clean is routinely conducted one hour prior to ceremony commencement and the room will be secured. Please ensure your setup is complete by this time.
· NO Glitter, rice, confetti, and artificial flower petals may be used on the grounds, indoors or outdoors. Fresh petals only- outdoors
· The only limitation for florals and styling – we ask that no nails or permanent fixtures be used in the walls or rafters.
