Arguably the most exciting collab since Taylor Swift and Post Malone, Peppers Creek is teaming up with 50 other local big-day vendors to bring you ‘Say I Do’ - a balmy summer afternoon dedicated to exploring the Hunter Valley’s iconic wedding venues, boutique accommodation options, luxe spa retreats, and adrenalin-fuelled outdoor adventures. Aside from showcasing all that this romantic and incredibly versatile pocket of the world has to offer, this weekend event is designed to help couples map out and visualise their own dreamy wine country ‘I dos’. With a roaming trail, celebratory drinks, exclusive discounts, and meet-and-greets with some of the region’s most talented wedding creatives, it’ll have all the hallmarks of a traditional expo (just without the stuffiness). An elegant and informative bar crawl-esque experience, if you will, purpose-built for soon-to-be-newlyweds!

Organic displays
Instead of standard trestle tables and brochures, Peppers Creek will be set up as if it were an actual wedding day. Think floaty linen fabrics, rustic gold candlesticks, draped fairy lighting, and enough pillowy, perfumed flowers to fill an entire arena! We want you to get a real feel for our venue.

From our paddock to your plate, all food and drink at Peppers Creek Barrel Room and Chapel will be free - and free-flowing - throughout the day!
